The story of this piece starts with a quote I’ve adopted as one of my artist mantras; “The creative adult is the child who survived” this piece started out as a baby and through the process of the many layers of textures and paint birthed the maturation of the adult depicted in the image. Now as a grown adult the individual exists in both corporate and creative spaces. The corporate dynamics are represented in blue hues of his face, comm Drawing the correlation to the years of life up to this point. Now existing in the corporate space but continuing push for my creative endeavors.
